
As part of the celebration of founding day of Saudi Arabia, Clinical Nutrition Program Students(Batch VIII) organized a Community Nutrition program titled, " Good to Better :But Traditional".
In this program, the students explained scientific methods to convert energy dense traditional food to nutrient dense ones by using Nutrient Composition data bases and altering the ingredients and food preparation methods.
The program was supervised by Dr. Kavita Sudersanadas and Dr. Abeer Almudhaiheem.
