The Clinical Nutrition Program organized a cultural program about diabetes on the occasion of World Diabetes Day. The program included PowerPoint presentation about diabetes, its types, causes, effects, and prevention methods, also the program include interactive techniques to engage the children like short film, and games about healthy eating. The graduates were participated in this activity, where they tested the blood glucose of teachers, mothers, and kindergarten employees and provided some nutritional advice. The aim is to raise the awareness of the mothers and staff on Diabetes Miletus (types complications and self-management) and to raise the awareness of the children on healthy food.
