The NASA International Space Apps Challenge

The university president Dr. Bandar bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Qenawi, honored our alumni's Wejdan Asiri and Nouf Asiri, who were winners of the NASA International Space Applications Challenge. The challenge was organized by the Communications, Space and Technology Commission.

The NASA International Space Apps Challenge is a hackathon for coders, scientists, designers, storytellers, makers, technologists, and innovators around the world to come together and use open data from NASA and its Space Agency Partners to create solutions to challenges we face on Earth and in space.

This global achievement helped to showcase the high standard of Saudi education and university graduates compared to other participating countries in the field of innovation, invention, and future technologies.
