 Dr. Munirah Al Khuwaiter

Assistant Professor
Dr. Munirah Alkhuwaiter is an Assistant Professor within the Audiology and Speech Pathology Department at the College of Applied Medical Sciences, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. Possessing a Master's degree in Speech, Language, and Learning, and a Doctorate in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the distinguished Northwestern University, Dr. Alkhuwaiter is a recognized expert in her field. Her clinical proficiency is validated by the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

As a dedicated clinical researcher, Dr. Alkhuwaiter focuses on the intricacies of swallowing disorders. Her research endeavors are centered on elucidating the psychometric properties of assessment and measurement tools employed in this domain. During her doctoral pursuits, she honed her pedagogical skills as a teaching assistant in the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department, culminating in the successful completion of a Teaching Certificate Program (TCP) at the Searle Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching.
