 Dr. Naif Al Hawiti

Associate Professor
Dr. Naif Alhawiti is an Associate professor at the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences in the College of Applied Medical Sciences at KSAU-HS since 2016. Dr. Alhawiti graduated from King Saud University in Riyadh, where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in Clinical laboratory medicine. He completed a one-year internship training in the department of pathology and laboratory medicine at King Khalid University Hospital in Riyadh. He obtained a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Clinical Laboratory Medicine from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University in Melbourne, Australia. In his pursuit of academic excellence, he obtained his Masters in Medical Education from the College of Medicine at KSAU-HS. He has been promoted to the consultant of Hematology from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties in 2021. Dr. Alhawiti has been actively teaching and participating in all academic activities and duties, and he is the chief coordinator of Clinical Hematology at the College of Applied Medical Sciences. Dr. Alhawiti is a member of several committees at KSAU-HS, and he has been active in research with over 20 publications, several research grants, and many oral presentations
