 Ms. Nour Mohamed

Lecturer
Ms. Nour Mohamed is currently employed as a lecturer at the Anesthesia Technology Department in the College of Applied Medical Sciences. She holds both a Bachelor's degree in Anesthesia Technology and a Master's degree in Anesthesia Science from Alazhari University in Sudan. Prior to her current position, she worked as a lecturer and teaching assistant at The National Ribat University in Sudan.
 
Aside from her academic experience, Ms. Nour also possesses practical experience in the clinical field, having worked as a full-time anesthesia technologist in the operating theatre. Her primary responsibilities included administering anesthesia and providing assistance to the anesthesia team in emergency situations in various hospitals, such as North Khartoum Teaching Hospital, Military Hospital, and Shoabat Nissab General Hospital. From 2006 to 2016, she gained experience in different departments of anesthesia including general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatric and orthopedic surgery, as well as in intensive care units.
 
Additionally, Ms. Nour actively engages in research and community activities, currently serving as the chairperson of the community engagement activities committee in the department.
