Maintain a highly qualified, professional and responsive workplace for the employees of College of Applied Medical sciences.


  • - Provide Administrative Policy and Procedure.
  • - Maintain updated staff database including CVs, Performance appraisals, certificates etc.
  • - Monitor employee's attendance, leaves and permissions.
  • - Handle Safety related tasks and actions.
  • - Maintain updated COAMS J directory.
  • - Apply COVID-19 precautions measures.
  • -  Coordinate with the external departments of KSAU:
        •     -   ​​​Human Recourses & Payroll Services
        •     -   Follow up and Investigation
        •     -   Property Management, Logistics Services
        •     -   Environmental Services Department-WR
        •     -   Communication Department -WR
