Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain student academic management systems:  SAMS/SIS, admission & course registration, graduation lists etc.

- Assist with curriculum implementation and execution: maintain updated files of program study plans, class schedules, course configurations and examination schedules.

- Coordinate class & examination schedules, course configurations, etc. (initiate & maintain exam schedules & invigilators etc.)

- Maintain grades management & posting

- Monitor student academic progress: counseling & warning notifications, academic pathways etc.

- Verify student transcripts

-​ Collate/disseminate statistics such as CGPA reports, graduate lists, student status, faculty teaching load etc.

- Address concerns raised by students and/or faculty and seek resolution to the issues.

- Process faculty claims for joint-appointed faculty

- Special projects: work requested by higher administration, University Educational Affairs, Deanship of Quality etc.
