Health Systems Management Program

Program Overview

The Health Systems Management (HSM) program is one of the most attractive programs in the College of Public Health and Health Informatics at King Saudi bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS). The main objectives of the program focus on building health system leadership and management capacity in Saudi Arabia and the region, educating and training health professionals to lead and manage health service organizations (HSCs) and public health programs, and addressing the current shortage and future need for highly qualified health system leaders and managers.

Why HSM Program?

The HSM program is being introduced at a crucial time, as the world is facing new  public health emergencies that threaten not only the health of populations but also the core of nations' economic and social well-being. The need for visionary, population- health-focused leaders has never been greater. And that is where a much-needed program like health systems management comes in to provide concrete answers to real-world problems.
