Dean's List Criteria - Postgraduate

Dean's List Criteria Postgraduate:

1.      GPA not less than 4.75 out of 5.00
2.      The nominated candidate should not have received Academic Warning Letter (due to low performance) or Disciplinary Action.
3.      The nominated candidate attendance should not be less than 85%.
4.      The selection will be performed at the end of each academic year.
5.      Winning candidates' names will be posted in the college's website.

The following criteria are to be used for selecting Dean's list
Maximum = 20

Criteria	Points
GPA	10 points (GPA ≥4.95)	9 points (4.85 ≤GPA < 4.95)	8 points (4.75 ≤ GPA < 4.85)
Attendance	2 points if received no attendance warning letter	1 point if received one attendance warning letter	0 point if received two attendance warning letters
Engagement in Research Activities during their enrollment in the study program	3 points if research is published/accepted in a journal of impact factor ≥ 3	2 points if research is published/accepted in a journal with 1 ≤ impact factor < 3	1 point if research is published/accepted in a journal with a positive impact factor < 1
Engagement in Community Service over the last academic year	3 points if participated in 3 Community or more service/Voluntary work/KSAU-HS events	2 points if participated in 2 Community service/Voluntary work/KSAU-HS events	1 point if participated in 1 Community service/Voluntary work/KSAU-HS event
International/National/ Scientific Awards/ grants	2 point if received International/National/ Scientific Award/Grant
