This course focuses on the study of theories, principles and basic concepts related to nursing management and leadership such as staffing, scheduling, nursing care delivery models, human resources management, quality improvement, and change management with application in clinical settings. Students are required to achieve certain core clinical competencies appropriate for their level as an outcome of this course and they will be tracked by the collected matrix for BSN program clinical competencies.
