This is an introductory course to study the medical terms and the principles of medical word building. This will help the students to develop a foundation of understanding the medical vocabulary in Greek or Latin, on which they can build and pursue their medical and healthcare professions. Since medical terminology is closely related to structures (anatomy), functions (physiology), diseases (pathology) and surgical and medical procedures, so this course also provides the students with an opportunity to explore these medical subjects before the start of such medical basic subjects.
