ADAA Forms:
The purpose of this system is to create and maintain a database for University faculty and students. These data will be fed in the KPIs Dashbaord software and provide the required reports. The items of each form were created based on analysis of requested reports from internal and external stakeholders. ADAA-Forms system consists of three forms:
- Faculty form that contains items related to faculty to be filled by all colleges.
- Student form that contains items related to students in each academic program to be filled by all colleges.
- University form that contains items related to University deanships and departments.
ADAA Forms Manual
