To develop students’ curricular and extracurricular capacities, achieve excellence in student services and targeted social programs, enhance extracurricular activities, and pursue continuous development in building students’ character.

Enhance the quality of the student experience by providing high-quality services and programs that meet students’ needs, contribute to building their personalities, develop their skills, strengthen their leadership and innovation capabilities, and prepare them to compete in the labor market.

Support scientific research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and encourage students to participate in high-quality initiatives and programs.
