The Alumni Unit organized the Career Day event on December 1, 2025, at the Conference Center on the Riyadh campus, as part of KSAU-HS’s commitment to supporting graduates of health-related disciplines and strengthening communication between them and employment entities in both the public and private sectors. The event, organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs, aimed to connect graduates with healthcare work environments, introduce them to available career opportunities, enhance their professional readiness, and provide spaces for direct engagement with specialists.
Career Day witnessed the participation of more than 80 government and private employment entities, which offered job initiatives and training programs targeting graduates and job seekers. The program also included more than 40 professional sessions and direct meetings with career advisors, covering CV reviews, career guidance, and practical advice on interview skills and employer requirements.
The event coincided with the launch of several initiatives supporting graduates, including the inauguration of the Trusted Councils in colleges as a pathway to strengthen communication between students and alumni and enhance integration among professionals. In addition, the second phase of the Alumni Electronic Portal was launched, aiming to expand digital services and facilitate access to career opportunities and events. Career Day also marked the launch of the new podcast series
Future Forward: Beyond the White Lab Coat, which highlights alumni professional experiences and sheds light on diverse career pathways beyond traditional healthcare roles.
This major gathering of alumni was further enriched by providing graduates with the opportunity to receive the Alumni Card, which offers a range of benefits inside and outside the university and enables them to update their professional information. A roundtable session was also held with the participation of faculty members who are KSAU-HS alumni currently employed at the university. They shared their expertise and experiences, addressed graduates’ career-related questions, and provided direct guidance to students and newly graduated alumni.
