Transfer Requirements:
- Fill out the Changing Training Center or Training Group from the SCFHS website
- Submit all admission requirements
- Provide a copy of all “In Training Evaluations
- Good standing letter from current Program Director (PD)
The program committee and PGME at MNGHA/KSAU-HS will review the transfer application and will reply to the applicant.
