Undergraduate Admission Requirements

Admission Conditions

The applicant must be a Saudi citizen.
Must have taken the Tahsili and Qudorat tests, both administered by QIYAS.
The applicant for the unified health sciences track must be a recent graduate, i.e., graduating in the current year.
For the Health Informatics track (both male and female students), Nursing track (female students only), and Pharmacy Technician Diploma (both male and female students), the applicant must be a recent graduate of the current year or the past two years.
For the Applied Medical Sciences track, the applicant must be a graduate of the current year or the previous year.
The applicant must not have any disability that prevents practicing the health profession and must pass a medical examination.

Admission to KSAU-HS is based on a competitive process considering the weighted average, preference ranking, and availability of seats.

The selection is based on the combined scores of (high school GPA + aptitude test + achievement test) with specific weights:

The applicant must be a Saudi National.
The applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Applied Medical Science, or Pharmacy from a recognized university.
The applicant must be a recent graduate; the date of the degree must not exceed 5 years.
The cumulative GPA in the Bachelor's Degree must not be lower than "Good".
The applicant must pass the Placement Exams.
The applicant must pass the personal interview and the medical examination.
The accepted student must join the university on a full-time basis.

All applications must be submitted through the Admission Online Portal.
The applicants must carefully read the university's rules and regulations before they start filling out the application forms.
Failure of the applicant to follow the application procedures will have him/her excluded from the competition.
The name of the applicant must be written in Arabic and English exactly as it appears in the National ID card.
The applicant will be asked to upload copies of the original documents for the following documents:
- The Bachelor's Degree/graduation certificate.
- In case the Bachelor's certificate was obtained from another country, the competent authorities in the concerned country must certify it.
- A copy of the accreditation/equivalency memorandum from the Saudi Ministry of Education must be uploaded.
- The Academic Transcript.
- The completion certificate of the internship program.
- Personal photo.
