Women Empowerment Department (TDM) held on Thursday 21-9-2023 a celebration for the International Peace Day in all the three regions campuses (Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Ahsa). The attendees showed a huge interest in the event and interacted with the peace wall by expressing their feelings in the World Peace Day.

Thereafter, a virtual lecture was given by Mrs.Nadai al Derby, lecturer, university Pre-Professional program-Female Branch, Jeddah – talked about our roles in life, and how we could maintain the balance between our roles. On the other side, TDM al Ahsa held an accompanying yoga class at College of Nursing building in collaboration with Fitness Time Female Center. The attendees enjoyed the class which helped them to relief the stress and enhance their inner peace energy and they express their gratitude and pleasure for attending the events.
